“I like to think that my shoe workshops offer something unusual, fun and creative! The workshops are a development of my background in 4 years study at De Montfort University and Northampton University in Fashion, Footwear Design & Accessories and Footwear Technology.
In 2009 I began my shoe career in the shoe industry employed as a men’s shoe designer and began customising women’s high heels initially as a hobby in 2011. I am extremely passionate about footwear and designing and enjoy the freedom of customisation.
I get great satisfaction from teaching the shoe workshops and encouraging people’s creativity to come out. I am teaching my own design skills in shoe customisation at the craft workshops and primarily only teach to private groups and therefore I travel a lot around the UK.
The shoe workshops suit complete beginners in craft, as well as arty, crafty experienced people too as the possibilities of what you can create with me are endless. It all depends on your own enthusiasm and how much effort you want to put in. It does help a lot to come to the workshop with a clear head too, but I am not opposed to people having a glass of bubbly to relax, it is a party workshop after all and popular with hen parties and birthday groups.
Group enjoyment is priority to me and my reviews mean a lot. I am very proud to be ranked as the No. 1 craft company for over 6 years on www.freeindex.co.uk with customers rating my service on price, quality and customer service.
If you have a date in mind please let me know and hopefully we can book a party date and have some shoe designing fun together soon.
As well as teaching at the workshops, I customise shoes for bespoke Bridal, Wedding and private orders too.”
